This full-automatic grass cutting vessel is suitable for various water areas such as urban rivers, landscape lakes and rivers, reservoir power stations, and park artificial lakes. It can efficiently clear overgrown aquatic weeds in water, integrating six functions: automatic harvesting, salvage, water filtration, storage, conveying and unloading. Only one person is needed to complete all operations, featuring a high degree of automation.

The vessel has clear specifications: it is 11 meters in length, 4.4 meters in width and 2.9 meters in height, equipped with a 56kW Weichai engine. The draft depth is 40 cm when unloaded and 60 cm when fully loaded, making it suitable for operation in most shallow water areas. The harvesting depth can reach 80 cm, the total grass storage capacity of the vessel is about 5 cubic meters, the operating capacity is 1,000–2,000 square meters per hour, and the fuel consumption is only 4–6 liters per hour, achieving both high efficiency and energy conservation.

The entire vessel consists of the hull, harvesting system, conveying system, main operation console and storage & unloading system. The harvesting system at the front is equipped with three-sided cutters: the bottom cutter cuts off the rhizomes of aquatic weeds, while the side cutters separate large patches of weeds. The conveying system is composed of stainless steel collecting chains, which are rust-resistant and have a good water filtration effect; the hook design can effectively prevent the salvaged weeds from slipping off. The main operation console in the middle controls the operation of each system through hydraulic handles, supporting stable direction change, speed regulation, forward movement, backward movement and braking. The vessel has two gears (high and low): the low gear is used for harvesting, and the high gear is used for transportation and unloading, greatly improving the operation efficiency. The storage bin is located at the rear of the console. When unloading, you only need to drive the vessel to the shore and pull the unloading handle to realize automatic unloading.
